Dan Whitlock started Tidewell in 2011 after twelve years fitting boilers for a national firm. He wanted shorter drives, fairer prices, and customers he would see again.

How we work

Every engineer carries the parts that fail most often, so most repairs are done on the first visit. When a job needs a part we do not carry, we order it that day and book the return visit before we leave.

Prices are fixed before work starts. If the job turns out bigger once a floor is up or a wall is open, we stop, show you, and agree the new price first.

All gas work is done by Gas Safe registered engineers, and every repair has a 12-month guarantee on parts and labour.
